The monte carlo window valance is constructed with a highly detailed woven damask in bronze with gold highlights, on a deep navy blue matelasse satin base fabric fully lined to provide darkness for comfortable sleep and relaxation. Each valance is engineered to be exactly the same and they are finished with a pleated flange cut from a satin fabric. Designed to coordinate with the monte carlo window panels to complete your bedroom windows. To achieve the look in the photo we recommend 3 valances (each sold separately).
